Our Policies

RETURN POLICY: 

•You may return any damaged or unusable products. You may exchange for another size when applicable, additional shipping charges apply. 
•Anything customized that can not be resold is considered non-refundable. Any products sold as clearance or final sale, are non-refundable. 
•Returns must be made within 5 days of recieving the product by emailing busymomsandco@gmail.com. Items just be unworn and in origional condition. 
•All returns will receive store credit or you may exchange for any instock item with equal value. 

Turn around time & shipping policy

•Turn around time - often will be called TAT- is the time in which it will take for us to process the order and get it shipped.
•TAT time begins the 1st business day after the pre-order closes. It does not start the day you ordered. TAT does not include the shipping time from us to you, holidays, or weekends.

•Local pick up available in the Alma, Arkansas area
